Option A
Revocable Living Trust Package
Choose this if you own a home, own property in more than one state, have a blended family, a minor or special-needs beneficiary, or simply do not want your family in probate court.
What you get
Built to keep your family out of probate — if the trust is funded. Funding is the retitling work, and we do it with you.
Option B
Will Package
Choose this if your estate is straightforward, you do not own real estate, and what you need most is a valid will plus someone named to make your medical and financial decisions.
What you get
A will is administered through probate. It says who gets what and who is in charge — it does not keep the court out.
The will package is the same set of documents minus the Revocable Living Trust and the Certificate of Trust. Everything else — both powers of attorney, the living will, the advance directives, the funding kit, the vault, the unlimited updates and the Total Planning Platform — is identical. That is the whole decision: probate, or no probate.
After you submit this form
Whichever package you chose, the process is the same from here. You are not filling out documents alone and you are not waiting on a portal to do the work — you talk to Jessica, and the documents follow the conversation.
You get a receipt by email and a secure link to your online account, where your documents will live. Nothing else is needed from you yet.
Within minutesWe walk through your people, your property and your wishes — who decides, who receives, and what happens if someone is a minor or cannot manage money. Your answers are what go into the documents.
Usually within 1–2 business daysYour plan is prepared, reviewed and delivered to your online vault with plain-English signing and notarisation instructions. Then we start your funding checklist together.
Then the funding work beginsSigning is not the finish line. An unfunded trust does not avoid probate — the documents have to actually own something, which means retitling accounts and property and correcting the beneficiary designations that override a will anyway.
That is the step do-it-yourself kits and most one-and-done document services leave sitting on your kitchen table. We identify every account and asset that needs to be retitled or redesignated and work through the list with you. Some of it requires your signature at your own financial institutions — we cannot force that, so we stay on it until the list is clear.
Do not guess — call 619.815.8811 or email [email protected] and we will tell you which package actually fits, even when the answer is the cheaper one. You can also book a free 1-on-1 review before you pay anything — and if you have already paid for one package and need the other, we will sort it out.
Timeframes above are typical and are not a guarantee; your own timeline depends on how quickly we can complete your design call and on information you provide. Estate planning documents are attorney approved and provided through a separate professional partnership; they are available in all 50 states. No attorney-client relationship is formed with YWAIT. A will is administered through probate; a revocable living trust avoids probate only to the extent it is properly funded.
